SCS CTM051 Ground Pro Meter is a
comprehensive instrument that measures the
ground connection of your equipment in accordance
with Grounding standard ANSI/ESD S6.1 and
ANSI/ESD S20.20. In addition to measuring ground
impedance, it also measures AC and DC voltage on the
ground as well as the presence of high-frequency noise
or electromagnetic interference (EMI) on the ground,
alerting you to possible functionality problems, such as tool lock-ups, erratic behavior, and parametric errors.
Features
  • Detects, counts, and measures ESD events that can damage ESD items and cause tool lock-ups, erratic behavior, and parametric errors. Verifies critical grounding parameters of a facility. Measures AC voltage, DC voltage, EMI voltage, and AC impedance. Identifies potential EOS generators. NIST calibrated and cert included.
