Excelta 554-3RB-US Lock-in Lead Forming Pliers will form an "S" bend on a component lead, enabling the component to stay in place on the p.c. board when soldering. They are made of carbon tool steel. This stress relief forming plier will form stress relief in most radical lead components. Molded ESD ergonomic grips with dual leaf springs. Made in USA.
