Excelta 907-88 Cut and Form 5 Star Cutter. Designed to form a stand off and cut lead to length on most popular radial lead components. It features soft cushioned ESD grips with dual leaf springs for smooth action. These tools cut a lead and then form stress relief in one easy operation. They are all manufactured from carbon tool steel and flame-hardened. Made in Italy.
