Excelta 9231SL Lazer Line Small Oval Head Cutter is designed from the ground up for work in small spaces. The "30 Series" Lazer Line small cutters use ESD-safe, low-profile molded grips and relieved blades to make extremely precise cuts where other tools can't fit.Made of AISI 52/100 carbon tool steel, the cutting blades are induction hardened to RHC 63-65. Close-tolerance CNC machining ensures that the Lazerlok joint surfaces pivot smoothly, allowing for long life. The dual leaf springs provide smooth action.
