Excelta 907-88C Cut and Form. Designed to "stand off" the component closer to the PC board. The added shear cutters saves on prep time. It features soft cushioned ESD grips with dual leaf springs for smooth action. These tools cut a lead and then form stress relief in one easy operation. They are all manufactured from carbon tool steel and flame-hardened. Made in Italy.

Molded ESD safe grips. (10e8 Ohms.)
