Excelta 9244SL Tapered Head Medium Slim Line ESD Cutter 4.5" Overall Length Semi-Flush Cutting Edge ..000" Bevel Cutting Capacity 63-65 RHC. The Lazer Line medium oval head cutters are made of AISI 52/100 carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The CNC machining allows the Lazerlok joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The dual leaf springs provide smooth action. Standard cushioned ESD grips. 20AWG .32". Made in the USA
