SCS 770116 Ion Pro Benchtop Ionizer is used for neutralizing electrostatic charges on insulators and underground conductors. Its fast discharge times (<1.5 seconds at 12 inches) and +3 volt offset voltage exceeds the required limits of ANSI/ESD 20.20 and ESD TR53. This ionizer monitors both its offset voltage (balance) and discharge time. The dual speed fan produces consistent airflow performance. Features a stainless steel enclosure and multi-mount stand to minimize contamination and corrosion when used in clean, sensitive areas.
Features
  • Yields optimal neutralization efficiency by utilizing an ion collecting plate to sample both balance and discharge time
    Applies a resistive sensor to control the balance and a patented capacitive sensor to provide long-term stabilization
    Alarms if the ionizer requires maintenance due to inefficient neutralization
    Minimizes foreign object debris, corrosion, and other contaminations when used in clean or sensitive areas
