Foamtec HT1950 3" ESD Safe Semi-Flexible Micro Spear Tip are designed to protect ESD sensitive components from electrostatic discharge. Three types of tip materials are thermally bonded to a static dissipative handle designed to minimize tribocharging when used with cleanroom gloves.ESD Safe Cleanroom Swabs enable ESD safe swabbing of small static sensitive components where ESD events must be controlled. 1900 Series Static Dissipative Foam Swabs - Swab tips are constructed with an open cell static dissipative UltraSOLV polyurethane foam, thermally bonded to a static dissipative polyproylene handle for maximum protection against electrostatic discharge events. UltraSOLV foam, in addition to being static dissipative, is extremely low in tribocharging. 12500 per case.

Proprietary tip forming and washing processes minimize particle release during cleaning. Extremely low ionic and NVR Levels. Static dissipative handle to prevent electrostatic discharge and tribocharging against gloves. Low tribocharge, less than 5 volts dry. Manufactured in an ISO 5 & ISO 13485 cleanroom.
