Description Technical Specs   Desco 19271 Combo Tester X3, with stand verifies the functionality or personnel grounding devices (wrist straps, foot grounders, ESD shoes, and ESD smocks). Three independent tests are preformed simultaneously on wrist straps and each foot. Green lights indicate a pass condition.
